Gilbert's Fine Food

We believe the best things in life are made from scratch, using traditional recipes with modern twists - but avoiding additives and preservatives. We also believe in supporting local so the bulk of our ingredients are NZ made, including all of our flour. We make anything that can come out of an oven: breads (incl. plenty of sourdough), pastries, pies, biscuits, and cakes. We also supply raw ingredients such as flour (4 varieties), yeast or anything else that we use, be that sugar, almonds, cake decorating supplies - if we use it, we can provide it. Our online offering is expanding regularly.

1. Payment via credit card via our website.
2. Our delivery driver arrives at your premises and alerts you that they have arrived e.g. knock on your door.
3. Our delivery driver will leave your goods at the front door (or other spot as specified by you) and depart.
4. Orders can also be collected either in-store or at the Otago Farmers’ Market
