Human Connections Group is a Dunedin based organisation that offers Recruitment & Human Resources solutions to small to Medium sized businesses across the South Island
Our focus is to support business owners and managers of SME’s who are struggling with the pains associated with Recruitment & HR and reduce cost, time and the stress of getting it wrong! We offer a range of affordable options from our Recruitment & HR Unbundled service a “pick and mix” offering, as well as retained projects where we work closely with our clients for an agreed number of hours per week. By far our most popular service is our Recruitment “The Works” package which offers an affordable alternative to traditional agency recruitment, for our busiest clients this means they can outsource the whole process to us saving time, money and stress.
We aim to provide our clients a firm hand to hold and a positive learning experience throughout the recruitment process and we hope that by sharing our expertise you can go onto hire the right people, in the right jobs, at the right time in the future. We have a small and dispersed team which includes our two Directors who are both actively involved with clients, with over 35 years’ experience between them in HR and Recruitment. We also have a team of HR Consultants in various parts of the country to assist clients as required. Our entire team are supported by our awesome Candidate Experience Manager – we are a small and effective team.
Our aim is to offer a different kind of recruitment and HR solution, one that is affordable and flexible, without sacrificing on service. We focus on the SME market and go above and beyond our competitors with the level of service that we offer, often sitting in on interviews with our clients, helping them make the best decisions both skills wise and culturally for their business, after all the recommendations we make are a reflection of us and our business.

2. Our services are available via phone, e-mail and video-conferencing. We have provided our services remotely throughout Covid-19 Level 4 and are available to provide continued HR, Recruitment and Job Seeker support advice to our existing and new clients throughout Covid-19 Level 3.
