Specialist surgical services - ENT surgery, otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, facial cosmetic surgery and non-surgical treatments. Only urgent patients able to be seen during level 4, greater appointment availability during level 3. PPE precautions followed as per ministry of health guidelines and local protocols.

1. Referral from your GP is preferred but not essential.
2. Our charge nurse will make contact by phone for screening questions and to explain the process for consultation and treatment.
3. Telephone consultations may be possible during level 3 and 4 depending on the nature of the referral.
4. We anticipate near normal availability of appointments at levels 1 and 2.
